Election of the Governing Council and President

 

On 14/01/2019 at 9.15 pm on second call the President Giandomenico Bossone declares open the Ordinary Assembly of the Tennis Club Montagnana ASD.

 

The President appoints the shareholder Alessio Saoncella as secretary.

 

The members are appealed to verify those present and any proxies.

 

There are 25 members and 13 proxies are admitted for a total of 38 votes.

 

The President introduces the Assembly with a brief summary of the past season.

 

1. PRESENTATION OF THE 2018 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

 

Vice-president Nicola Rodighiero presents the 2018 financial statements updated as of 19/11/2018; the financial statements are presented to the shareholders, clarifying the expenses and revenues item by item. The same are presented on a large-screen PPT panel, in order to facilitate understanding by those present. The necessary clarifications are made on questions from the shareholders. It is specified that the current Board of Directors in the expiration of the mandate prefers not to present budgets for the year 2019 in order to allow the new elected Board of Directors to freely propose expenses and programs.

 

After a brief discussion, the budget is unanimously approved by those present by show of hands. Shareholder Elio Pavan proposes and gets applause from the assembly.

 

 

 

1. ELECTION OF THE DIRECTIVE COUNCIL AND PRESIDENT.

 

 

We proceed to the distribution of the ballots for the election of the CD and the President. As per the resolution of the Board of Directors on 06/11/2018, a single sheet is provided to those present on which to indicate the names of the directors (maximum 6) and the President.

 

Ms. Bardon Maria Alberta and Alfonso Cristina were appointed tellers.
