CLUB REGULATION

The entrance and stay in the Club is reserved for Members, any guests of the Members, for players participating in individual UISP competitions and for teams with their accompanying persons.

Within the Club, Members are required to behave in EDUCATION in harmony with the spirit and tradition of the Club.

Any complaints and / or suggestions must be forwarded exclusively to the management of the Club in verbal or written form and must never be the subject of externalization or discussions with other Members or with the service staff.
Members can invite guests in the manner and within the limits set by the Guest Regulations or by asking the management of the Club (the Board)
Members have the right to use all the facilities of the Club and are required to know and respect the rules for playing and booking the courts as well as the Beach Tennis and / or Beach Tennis / Volleyball Regulations.
It is forbidden to bring dogs or other animals into the playing fields.
Children under the age of 10 must always be subjected to the control and supervision of parents who must prevent their children from disturbing the players with screams and cackles.

 

 

ACCESS TO THE FIELDS AND BEHAVIOR:

The characteristics of the environment, beyond the structural ones, are constituted by the set of individual relationships. Therefore, the Member and his guests are required, both in the acts and in the language, to constantly correct behavior, which is necessary as a prerequisite for maintaining a serene and correct atmosphere.

 

1. The member who, within the association, assumes attitudes not consonant with correctness and education, is deferred by the CD, to temporary suspension, to expulsion.

2. Members and non-members who use the playing fields can only play with shoes suitable for clay courts. (no soccer or running shoes)

3. The maximum duration of the game rounds is as follows: single or double: 60 minutes. The players must provide, if necessary, to water the field before playing and at the end of the hour the obligation to always throw the bag. Reservations must be made in perfect autonomy exclusively "online" through the booking system, by entering your profile with user and password. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE FIELD WITHOUT RESERVATION!

4. The Association's Members and Guests / Attendees are always required to wear appropriate clothing, in particular they are not allowed to play and stay in the common areas with a shirtless torso.

5. In the area adjacent to the playing fields it is forbidden to play or, in any case, to produce actions that could disturb the players;

6. It is forbidden to cross the fields or stop there when they are occupied by players;

7. In all areas of the club it is forbidden to abandon waste of any kind;

8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors and inside the playing fields. While for smokers it is remembered that it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground.

9. The players who have finished the game turn and have already cleared the field will be able to continue the game in another free field, reserving it before entering to play. If you play more than 15 minutes in the next hour without a regular reservation, each player will be charged for half an hour of play. If you play more than half an hour of play in the next hour without a reservation, each player will automatically be charged 1 hour of play. Please note that the entire area is under video surveillance with authorization in good standing, by signing the registration form you therefore accept these regulations in compliance with the privacy law. In the presence of irregular bookings (eg a member playing with a non-member) each member can report it to the management or to a director present. In addition to the cancellation of the irregular booking, disciplinary actions may be taken against Members who have, on several occasions, made incorrect bookings.

11. The Board of Directors may reserve the use of the fields for carrying out competitions, inter-social meetings, training courses, tennis school and training of competitive teams, indicating this on the game boards. In exceptional cases, all fields may also be reserved for tournaments. The reserve of the fields by the Board of Directors will be promptly communicated to the Members with a notice posted on the notice boards present in the Headquarters.

12. The interruption of the game due to force majeure gives the right to the refund of the court fee, only if said interruption occurred within the first half hour of the game. If the game is resumed after a short interruption, the originally marked times will be restored.

14. For the use of the illuminated fields, the Member must pay the relative fee for each hour of play, according to the procedures established by the Board of Directors. All the rules foreseen by these Regulations for the use of the fields apply.

15. Access to the playing fields is a right of TC MONTAGNANA members only. It could also be allowed to non-members, on the occasion of events or twinning, but only with the authorization of the managers of the Club.

16. Each member can book a maximum of 3 hours at a time.

17. Since we are not at the seaside, it is not allowed to play without a shirt.

18. Members who do not use the reservation made have the right to cancel it 24 hours in advance to allow another member to reserve it. After 24 hours it is not possible to cancel the reservation and the same will be charged to your credit account.

20. For game fees, reference is made to the GAME RATES displayed at the club. The same can be consulted and downloaded through this site as well as the registration form to the Club.

 

 

GUEST REGULATION

 

Members can invite guests to both tennis and beach volleyball / tennis under the following conditions:
Members must ask for permission to invite a guest through the secretariat and sign the appropriate disclaimer form, writing the name of the guest.

Furthermore, since the club is inside the "Youth Village", the NOI ASSOCIATION card is mandatory to enter, to be requested at the Village Bar.

(this applies to both Members and Guests)

The Member who invites a guest must be present in the Club for the entire period of stay of the guest.

 

USE OF THE CHANGING ROOMS

 

Entrance to the changing rooms is allowed only to TCM Members and NOI ASSOCIATION members who have used the playing fields (TENNIS, BEACH-TENNIS, BEACH-VOLLEY). In general, the good rules of hygiene of good order of personal effects must be observed. It is forbidden to enter the changing rooms except to use them; moreover, it is necessary to work to restore the normal hygienic conditions and usability of the services used.

 

 

ELECTIONS OF THE PRESIDENT AND OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

All adult members can participate in the meetings.

Applications

 

All members who meet the following requirements are eligible:
- registered with the association in the last 2 years;

- in compliance with the payment of membership fees and who does not have any disciplinary procedures in progress.

 

 

These Regulations are effective immediately from 1 MAY 2020, any changes will be communicated.

 

The MONTAGNANA Tennis Club in collaboration with the NOI IL VILLAGGIO association declines all responsibility for injuries or damage that may occur in the facilities to people and / or things.

 

For the good running of the Club it is necessary to comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, failure to comply will lead, depending on the case, to the following measures:

a) Recall, b) Fixed-term suspension, c) Expulsion from the club.
